Using innovation and technology, we partner with government, labor and private industries ensuring that Washington home care workers have access to the skills and benefits they need to thrive.
We serve more than 50,000 caregivers through health and wellness programs and provides 18,000 caregivers with affordable, high-quality medical, prescription and dental plans.
Based on enrollment, SEIU 775 Benefits Group is Washington’s second-largest educational institution, providing more than 6 million hours of essential home care training since 2010.
Company History
SEIU 775 Benefits Group is the nation’s largest organization for home care workforce training and development and Washington’s second-largest learning organization.
Founded in 2010 in response to the development of won benefits by the SEIU 775, a labor union, we provide training, health insurance and retirement plans to more than 50,000 caregivers.
The Benefits Group is not a part of the union itself, but we administer the employees benefits as a non-profit benefits trust.
